On-site is designed to help apartment complexes, property managers, and authorized parking enforcement subcontractors manage vehicle authorization and assigned parking information for a property.

Information handled by the app

On-site may handle information about residents, vehicles, and parking assignments, including names, vehicle descriptions, license plate numbers, assigned spaces, contact information, and property-related enforcement notes or alerts.

Purpose of the information

This information is used to determine whether a vehicle is authorized to be on a property, whether it is parked in the correct location, and whether property managers or enforcement partners should contact the vehicle owner before taking towing or other enforcement action.

Data sharing

Information in On-site may be accessible to authorized property operators and approved subcontractors involved in parking enforcement or towing workflows. The app does not sell personal information.

Alerts and activity

The app may generate alerts or status records related to parking enforcement activity so that property owners or managers can review actions taken on the property.

Security

Users are responsible for securing their devices and limiting app access to authorized personnel. This policy should be updated if cloud services, analytics, third-party integrations, or user account systems are added.
