Family Passport Privacy Policy

Family Passport is designed to help users organize family records such as medical, dental, vision, insurance, facility, identification, and contact information in one place.

Information handled by the app

Family Passport may collect and store information that you enter about yourself or family members, including names, addresses, phone numbers, policy numbers, identification details, medical-related household record information, and other family management records needed to organize coverage and contact details.

How information is stored

Family Passport stores user-submitted records on company-controlled backend systems so the app can support account-based access and record availability beyond a single device session. The app is not limited to on-device-only storage.

Account verification

If you create or verify an account, your email address and a one-time verification code may be transmitted to a transactional email service used to deliver account verification messages.

Data sharing

Family Passport does not sell personal information. Based on the current implementation review, the app does not use advertising SDKs, social login providers, analytics platforms, or crash-reporting services as active product features. Information may still be processed by infrastructure providers required to operate the app, deliver verification emails, or comply with legal obligations.

Security

Family Passport is intended to keep important family records organized and accessible. Users are responsible for securing access to their devices and account credentials with passcodes, biometrics, strong passwords, and any other protections available to them.

Children and family data

Because the app may contain information about family members, including children, users should only enter and manage information they are authorized to maintain.

Policy updates

This privacy policy may be updated as the app changes. If data practices change materially, including backend storage, account systems, analytics, or third-party service usage, this page should be revised before new versions are submitted for review.
